Timestamp authorities

Every sealed document is timestamped by independent RFC 3161 authorities we do not operate. Their health, as measured by our probes over the last rolling window:

The 99.9% SLA

The Business plan includes a 99.9% uptime SLA. The measurement window, the service-credit schedule, exclusions, and the claim process are published in the Service Level Agreement; to report an SLA-impacting incident or claim a credit, email support@abundera.ai with the affected time window.

If this page is down

Already-sealed documents stay verifiable even when we are not reachable. Every evidence package can be downloaded and verified offline, and every seal is anchored to independent services we do not control (GitHub, GitLab, the Rekor transparency log, two RFC 3161 timestamp authorities, and the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps). Incident history publishes on this page from public launch onward. Material incidents are also announced by email to affected Senders.
