Appointment The Company appoints the Affiliate as a non-exclusive affiliate/reseller to promote and refer customers for the following products or services: **Products/Services:** ___________ The Affiliate accepts this appointment and agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to promote the Company's products/services in accordance with this Agreement. ## 2. Affiliate Obligations The Affiliate shall: (a) promote the Company's products/services through ___________; (b) use only Company-approved marketing materials, links, and descriptions; (c) not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about the Company or its products/services; (d) comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships; (e) clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in all promotional content as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides; and (f) not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive marketing practices. ## 3. Tracking and Attribution The Company shall provide the Affiliate with unique tracking links, codes, or identifiers. Sales or referrals shall be attributed to the Affiliate based on ___________. ## 4.
