(b) **Intoxicated Persons.** The Host shall monitor alcohol consumption and shall not serve or permit service of alcohol to visibly intoxicated persons. The Host shall arrange for alternative transportation (taxi, rideshare, designated driver) for any guest who appears intoxicated.
