Access and License (a) Company grants Tester a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Beta Product solely for testing and evaluation purposes during the Testing Period. (b) Tester shall not: (i) use the Beta Product for production or commercial purposes; (ii) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Beta Product; (iv) sublicense or transfer access to any third party; or (v) benchmark or publish performance results without Company's prior written consent. (c) The Beta Product is provided for evaluation only and may contain bugs, errors, defects, or incomplete features. Tester shall not rely on the Beta Product for any critical, production, or business-essential purpose. ## 4. Tester Obligations (a) Tester agrees to actively use and test the Beta Product during the Testing Period.
