Recording Consent (a) The Audience Member acknowledges and consents that the show will be ___________. (b) The Audience Member consents to being photographed, filmed, and audio-recorded as part of the audience during the show. This includes the Audience Member's likeness, voice, reactions, laughter, and any audience interaction with the performer(s). (c) The Audience Member understands that cameras, microphones, and recording equipment will be present throughout the venue and that they may appear in the final production. ## 2. Grant of Rights The Audience Member hereby grants to the Production Company/Venue and its successors, assigns, licensees, and distributors an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) Use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform any recordings containing the Audience Member's likeness, voice, or image. (b) Use such recordings in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to: television, film, streaming platforms, DVDs, CDs, podcasts, social media, websites, and promotional materials. (c) Edit, modify, or alter the recordings at its sole discretion, including but not limited to editing for content, length, and format. ## 3. No Compensation The Audience Member acknowledges that no compensation, residuals, royalties, or other payment is or will be due to the Audience Member for the use of their likeness, voice, or image in the recording or any derivative works. ## 4.
