# End User License Agreement (EULA) This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, the individual accessing or installing the Software ("You" or "User"), and: **Software Publisher:** ___________, a ___________ organized under the laws of ___________, with its principal place of business at ___________ ("Publisher"). Definitions 1.1 **"Software"** means the ___________ software application (version ___________), including all associated components, libraries, documentation, updates, and upgrades provided to You by Publisher. 1.2 **"Device"** means the computer, mobile device, or other hardware on which You install or access the Software. 1.3 **"License Key"** means any serial number, activation code, or credential provided to You by Publisher to activate the Software. 1.4 **"Output"** means any content created, exported, or generated by You using the Software's features and functions. 1.5 **"Third-Party Components"** means open-source libraries, fonts, or other third-party software embedded in or distributed with the Software, as identified in Publisher's acknowledgments documentation. --- ## 2. Grant of License 2.1 **Personal Use License.** Subject to the terms of this EULA, Publisher grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on ___________ (e.g., "up to 2 Devices that You own or control") solely for your personal, non-commercial internal business use. 2.2 **Backup Copy.** You may make one (1) copy of the Software solely for archival or backup purposes, provided that the backup copy contains all proprietary notices included in the original. 2.3 **License Key.** If the Software requires a License Key, the License Key is personal to You. You shall not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense the License Key. --- ## 3.
