Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in the above-described event may involve risks of physical injury, property damage, or other hazards. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS of participation, whether known or unknown. ## 3. Waiver and Release In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have or may hereafter have arising from my participation in the event. This release applies to claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, but does not apply to claims arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties. ## 4. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from my participation or my breach of this Agreement.
