Representation in related or additional matters requires a separate agreement. ## 2. Attorney's Duties The Attorney shall: (a) provide competent and diligent representation; (b) keep the Client reasonably informed about the status of the matter; (c) promptly respond to reasonable requests for information; (d) abide by the Client's decisions concerning the objectives of representation; and (e) maintain client confidences in accordance with the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct. ## 3. Client's Duties The Client shall: (a) provide truthful and complete information relevant to the matter; (b) cooperate with the Attorney and respond promptly to requests for information or documents; (c) keep the Attorney informed of any changes in contact information; (d) appear at scheduled meetings, hearings, and depositions as required; and (e) pay fees and costs in accordance with this Agreement. ## 4.
