Mutual Release ### 1.1 Party A's Release Party A, on behalf of itself and its successors, assigns, agents, heirs, executors, and representatives, hereby fully and forever releases, discharges, and holds harmless Party B and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, that Party A now has or may have had at any time prior to the Effective Date, arising out of or related to the matter described above. ### 1.2 Party B's Release Party B, on behalf of itself and its successors, assigns, agents, heirs, executors, and representatives, hereby fully and forever releases, discharges, and holds harmless Party A and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, that Party B now has or may have had at any time prior to the Effective Date, arising out of or related to the matter described above. ## 2.
