Description of Activity Paintball and airsoft are competitive shooting sports in which participants fire projectiles (paint-filled gelatin capsules or plastic BBs) at other players using compressed-gas or spring-powered markers. Inherent Risks & Assumption of Risk The Participant (and Parent/Guardian on behalf of any minor) understands that paintball and airsoft activities involve **inherent risks** that cannot be fully eliminated, including but not limited to: - Impact injuries from paintballs or BBs, including welts, bruising, broken skin, and eye injury - Tripping, falling, or colliding with other players or course obstacles - Exposure to outdoor elements including heat, cold, uneven terrain, and insects - Equipment malfunction or misuse - Hearing discomfort from nearby marker discharges - Strenuous physical exertion leading to muscle injury or cardiovascular stress - Injury from other participants' failure to follow safety rules The Participant voluntarily and knowingly **assumes all such inherent risks**, whether known or unknown, and accepts sole responsibility for any resulting injury or loss. --- ## 3.
