Independent Contractor Relationship (a) The Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer of the Platform. (b) The Contractor: (i) has the right to accept or decline any service request; (ii) controls the manner and means of performing services; (iii) may provide services through other platforms or independently; (iv) provides their own tools, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise specified; (v) is responsible for their own taxes, including self-employment tax. (c) The Platform shall not: (i) set mandatory work schedules; (ii) require exclusivity; (iii) provide employee benefits; or (iv) withhold taxes from payments. (d) The Platform shall issue a Form 1099-NEC if payments exceed $600 in a calendar year. ## 3. Onboarding and Eligibility The Contractor represents that they: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) are legally authorized to work; (c) have completed all required background checks and verification; (d) hold all licenses, permits, or certifications required for the services, specifically: ___________; and (e) will maintain eligibility throughout the term. ## 4.
