# Referral Agreement **Effective Date:** ___________ This Referral Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between: **Company:** ___________ ("Company") **Referrer:** ___________ ("Referrer") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties"). ## 1. Purpose The Referrer agrees to refer potential customers, clients, or business opportunities to the Company. In exchange, the Company agrees to pay the Referrer a referral fee as specified in this Agreement. ## 2. Referral Process The Referrer shall submit referrals to the Company by ___________.
