Purpose The Company requires all suppliers to conduct business in an ethical, legal, and socially responsible manner. This Code of Conduct ("Code") sets forth the minimum standards expected of the Supplier in its operations, supply chain, and business dealings. ## 2. Legal Compliance The Supplier shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in every jurisdiction in which it operates, including but not limited to laws governing anti-corruption, trade, competition, data privacy, environmental protection, and labor practices. ## 3. Labor and Human Rights (a) **Prohibition of Forced Labor:** The Supplier shall not use forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labor. All work must be voluntary. (b) **Prohibition of Child Labor:** The Supplier shall not employ anyone under the minimum legal working age in the applicable jurisdiction, and in no case under the age of 15. (c) **Wages and Benefits:** The Supplier shall pay workers at least the applicable minimum wage, provide legally required benefits, and compensate overtime in accordance with local law. (d) **Working Hours:** The Supplier shall not require workers to exceed the maximum hours permitted by local law. Workers shall receive at least one day off per seven-day period. (e) **Non-Discrimination:** The Supplier shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. (f) **Freedom of Association:** The Supplier shall respect workers' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining as permitted by applicable law. (g) **Humane Treatment:** The Supplier shall treat all workers with dignity and respect, and shall not engage in harassment, abuse, or corporal punishment. ## 4. Health and Safety
