# Well & Septic Inspection Addendum This Well & Septic Inspection Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into as of ___________ and amends and supplements the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated ___________ ("Purchase Agreement") between ___________ ("Buyer") and ___________ ("Seller") for the real property located at ___________, ___________, ___________, ___________ ("Property"). All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Purchase Agreement. Well Inspection Contingency This transaction is contingent upon Buyer's satisfactory inspection and testing of the private well(s) serving the Property. Buyer shall engage a licensed well inspector or water testing laboratory at Buyer's expense to perform all tests described in Section A2 on or before ___________ ("Well Inspection Deadline"). ### A2.
